Please, feel free to message me if you have any other questions or concerns.
Are you a classically trained chef?
No, but I love to cook! I have been cooking for over 20 years for family and friends. I grew up in a household that loved food and family. I acquired many skills from my mother; she was a professional Thai chef.
Do you have to cook in my home? Why can’t I just pick up my food from you?
Yes, all meals must be prepared in your home. Since I do not have a commercial kitchen, TN state law requires me to cook at your home.
How many days a week would you need to cook at my home? Are there minimum amounts of meals I need to purchase?
My meals are prepared once a week. I have a 10 serving minimum per week. Example: 5 meals for 2 people would be 10 servings.
Do I need to provide storage containers?
I provide BPA free containers that are freezer, dishwasher, and microwave safe. However, if you would rather use your own storage containers, that is not a problem at all.
I need a weeks worth of food. How long will the food stay fresh?
It is best to eat refrigerated meals within 3-4 days. You can freeze the meals you won’t be eating in that timeframe and just heat them when you’re ready.
Some of your menu items has ingredients I don’t like, can I make changes?
Absolutely! This is one of the perks of personalized meal planning. I take in consideration your food likes and dislikes. I can even adjust saltiness, sweetness, and spiciness to suite your needs.
My son has a peanut allergy. Can I still get meals from you?
Unfortunately, I can not accommodate peanut allergies. There are too many ingredients I use on a daily basis that could have been exposed to peanuts or peanut manufacturing. I would hate to make someone ill.
When is payment due?
Payment is due on the day of the scheduled cook date.
